Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Rockville, MD, CTA Consulting Engineers is an award-winning boutique provider of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, LEED Certification, and Energy engineering design services. We are a Maryland MDOT certfied firm as well as a Montgomery County LSDB and GSA Small Business.

Over our 30 year history, we have specialized in innovative design solutions for both complex renovations and sustainable design challenges. We serve a diverse group of building owners, architects, government and state agencies, general contractors, and real estate developers. Our core competencies include MEP design for: Retail, Multifamily, Equipment Replacements, Schools, and Office Buildings. Our Energy Engineering services are focused on creating building energy models and finding innovative projects with high returns on capital and then executing those projects.
